                      Time management

Many of the time people have problem managing there time.Also in modern age people have less time for themselves.They are given same time as any other person has.But the matter is the management.If you can manage your time then the same time will give you more results.If you can manage your time then you can get more time for yourself and you should mark that time is life.More time mean more life.Here are some tips to do it in better ways.

1.work with a target.If you work without target then must make a target.Targets are divided into short term,long term and middle term targets.Short term target must be improvised daily.For this after wake up write down the main five works you have to do.Then your sole aim must be to do complete these short targets.

2.Every work you do is not same importent.So divide these works in three sections, importent , less importent and not importent.Do the importent first.

3.You cant work all the day with same potential.You work most in your prime time.You can check yourself when you are most motivated during the 24 hour period.This time is your prime time.You must do most of your importent works in this time .

4.Once you know your prime time make a routine based on this.Try to be fixed about this routine.Early in the morning wake up one hour before as routine say.

5.Always try to chose a tough target.why?because you can do.Like one day cricket matches weather it is 300 or 250 the chasing team achieve it in the last 5 overs.The same is true for any work you do.You can chase high target.so why chase a lower one.
This is said parkinson law that work spreads as time and contracts also.So use this rule.

6.Parrots rule is quite similer to parkinson rule.It says that you do 80 percent work in your 20 percent time.It means in any work former 20 percent time is active working time.So you can do a work in five times less time.Give it a try and be little fast to your regular works.This rule holds good for habitual works.

7.If you keep your working place organised then you can save enough time.The organisation gives stability to your working time and saves time.

8.Ok you have understanded all the matter.You made a routine.You did everything but working.That is not needed if the aim is time management.Just do it and dont make an excuse.
